Age Issue

viernes, 24 de octubre de 2008

I belong in the sixties

It's only the coolest 10 years in the history of humanity (& fashion) and this is the cutest video ever!!!

Put something on your head

Guess what! Those round-vintage-60's hats are back.So basically what you have to do is wear it big,but not huge!...and pretty.Just picture yourself in the sixties in the middle of autumn....okay then,Nancy Sinatra?Audrey Hepburn?Ah...

Oh and this is also back, just don't wear it like her.Not that colour, not that fabric, not that make-up,certainly not that age!

Song of the week 3

You've probably never heard of him...but that's why I'm here. When I first listened "In Step" by FrankMusic my body had an awkward reaction to the song, cause I was really addicted to it for a while there.Probably the video was the most genuine thing ever....and this time it's no different. He somehow dances on a huge piano...you know...from that Tom Hanks movie...anyway just listen to "3 little words" and then you'll understand.Power to the dance music!Yeah....(his beat boxing is sick)

London Fashion Week

Yes,I know it's been a month ago(sorry).I just didn't know what else to post. From all 4 capitals of Fashion Weekness,London is probably the least appreciated.I haven't done any posts about New york or Paris fashion week....so I thought this would be a good way to make people take London more seriously.

Shortbus (2006)

It's almost 8 pm and I think I'm gonna post something on my blog.Usually when I post something spontaneously on the blog...it means that I'm really excited.I just finished watching Shortbus (I would usually watch it later but I knew the movie had some pornographic scenes and my mom has the habit not to knock on the door so...).It is only one of the best movies I've seen in years. At first you might say it's creepy(you won't understand until you see it) but oh my god! It's fantastic...I don't think I can even describe what it's like....maybe too original for my describing capacity.I've seen "Hedwig and the Angry Inch" a couple of weeks ago and I fell in love....this one,far better.John Cameron Mitchell is the new genius on my list.
Oh,and if you think I'm too young to watch it,f**k you!I know you watch porn!

OMG!Jay Brannan did such a great job in the movie! He's so cute and...listen to his songs!

2nd BLOG

When I made this blog I realised that you could make two or more blogs with the same account... and I thought "How stupid is that?Who would wanna have two blogs? How much do you really have to talk?" and I realised that I,myself really have to talk a lot.So today I read a couple of stories and thought that it might be interesting use them for a blog, but it doesn't have anything to do with mine.So I made another one.I don't think it's gonna be as good as this one,but it's fun...but you can't read it unless your older than 13.(actually it's to capture people's attention). So yeah...go check it out!THX!BYE!

Yes he can!

Are you aware of the USA presidential election?

Okay, even a blind retarded child with ADD and Sclerosis would realize that was a trick question.

I'm voting for Obama.....oh wait,I'm not American.Anyway,I'm making publicity for Obama!Why?Well....1.Because Americans finally have the chance to vote for a mentally healthy man. & 2.Because today I spent 2 hours talking about economy which involved Hugo Chavez and the war in Iraq.
This is a historical time for the Americans and you can actually hear 14-year-olds saying "Damn,I wish I could vote!".You probably know about the confrontation between the republicans and democrats, and it's not sure who's gonna win because half of the US are voting for Obama and the other half is voting for McCain...while the rest of the world are crossing fingers for Obama.American or not,you know it's cool to be pro-Obama,not just because he actually has a plan for the USA's economy crisis, the war in Iraq, health insurances, etc. But also because he's the first black man to be America's president....and we like that.

Barack's publicist must be REALLY good.He made more publicity than any other drug campaign or McDonald's new burger advertising. If you're with Mr.Barack(which you probably are if you're not from the States) you will enjoy these accessories. From T-shirts to Jewelery and necklaces,to make your point be proved by supporting Obama.I mean it's only the most important thing that happened since The Global Warming,Windows and Michael Jackson's "Thriller".Oh,don't forget to vote...if you're from the US.

And of course, why not, music can be a great way to make people vote for you.

Oh and....SARAH PALIN,STOP WINKING!IT'S FREAKIN' SCARY!

Threesome

After my little "fight" with Jon I realised that he moved on now,and we might be friends in the future.

OK now seriously....I went to JK's (that's how I call him now) web page and I saw this beautiful beautiful picture. It just fills my soul with happiness to see 2 of my favourite models together, united,as 1.The other girls' name is Cristina Tosio.

Irina is most definitely in my top 3 favourite models and Jon is my all time favourite male model.Just skipping into photos like these...all the loneliness and sadness created by Andra's absence goes away.
And since this post doesn't have any interesting topic what-so-ever,I thought I'd edit the photo and make it Perez Hilton style.=D

Kate Moss is a musician

OK,now...I don't like gossip (oh,who am I kidding?I love gossip) but I bought a gossip-kind-of-magazine and so I've heard, that Kate Moss wants to start a music career. It's actually quite logic why,I mean all models have to do something after they're too old to model anymore and her last 2 boyfriends were musicians.Pete Doherty-Babyshambles & Jamie Hince-The Kills (oh and there are also rumors saying that Kate&Jamie are back together.UK made it official, but I don't really trust the tabloids).

If you ask me,Kate Moss will either tragically fail...or successfully succeed(?).I'm kinda curious tho'...

Song of the week 2

Another week and yet...another song.I promised it wouldn't be just rock'n roll and I'm keeping my promise. This week's sound comes from a Swedish artist named....ROBYN.Yet another great song and video from her. It's a cover of Teddy Bears' Cobrastyle, but I think Robyn's version is more 2008(and more European).Enjoy!

ANTP's winner

If you know me you probably know that I love America's Next Top Model and Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency.I've been watching ANTP for a while thinking that maybe I will get to love Tyra Banks some day,but...nope,it never happened. The important thing is that the show is great. If Tyra wouldn't be so freakin' annoying and stop doing little sketches like"The Fairy Godmother" or "The freakin' alien woman" it would be better, but whatever.
Anyhow...I have a favourite.I don't usually pick someone as the winner,but this cycle I have 1 favourite and it's the amazing Marjorie.She's freakin' awesome.She's not a bitch nor a douche bag.She's weird(yay!).
The french beauty is a great friend with the camera and I've seen her catwalk...not so bad. She's gonna win or else....

I'm beeing chased by male models

Lately I've been attacked by top male models.By that I don't mean raped(oh god,I'd wish),but chased around my city,my life,my day.This is a top 3 male models that I always have to see either in magazines,stores,bus stations,etc.

3.Luke Worrall
I ran threw this English blond cute model about a few months ago (in my fashion-obsession beginnings) and the first thing that came up to my mind was "He looks short".But I changed my mind not along ago when I realized I was being chased by him in every fashion magazine that I was buying. Some people might know him as Kelly Osbourne's new boyfriend, but I don't...I knew about him before that. But while he was walking with Kelly was when I realised he's not short AT ALL.

2.Cole Mohr

You might know him from the Thomas Burberry (<3) little (big) campaign...or you might not.The truth is I've seen him in thousands of runway shows (actually I don't watch that many runway shows) and he does a pretty good job on Burberry since he's doing this season, too.

1.Jon-Kortajarena
Okay, this relationship that me and Jon have is just ridiculous.Listen,Jon....STOP STALKING ME!I mean, you're hot and all,but I'm just not that into you.I still have that leaflet thing from Mango and I still wear your T-Shirt,but that doesn't mean that I'm in love with you.Every day,I have to see this goddamn "Tom Ford" picture five times a day!Leave me alone!!I still like your voice, tho.

Milan Fashion Week(spring/summer)

Doesn't it get tiring,to have an entire week full of fashion shows?Okay,so Monday it's interesting, you meet a lot of people, make comments about the clothes....but on Friday aren't you already tired and maybe all those outfits don't seem as interesting to you as it did on Monday?Well, fashion freaks really have it going cuz' now they're bringing it to Milan.(but hey let's be honest,we never really have enough)

I'm not gonna write any longer....Great names (that you do/should know) like Versace,Prada,D&G,Gucci,Roberto Cavalli made their creations spark in front of all-around-the-world fashion maniacs with money that have an entire week free just for fashion shows.(I wanna have that).OH!And look what I found on telegraph.co.uk:
